I do not do alterations, just hemming.

I offer four tiers of pricing
GARMENT READY IN 24-48 HOURS:
Pants: Pants with legs openings no wider than 18 inches are $60. Extra inches are $5 each.
Skirts/Dresses: Skirts and dresses with a diameter no larger than than 60 inches are a flat $60 fee. Extra inches are $5 each.
Buttons: I’ll happily sew on buttons for $5 each. Other alterations are not available at this time.
GARMENT READY IN 24 HOURS OR LESS:
Pricing for items needed in 24 hours is double regular pricing, above.
GARMENT READY IN 24-48 HOURS, I COME TO YOU:
Pricing TBD on location. Client pays for transportation.
HEM PARTY:
You and three others can come for pinnings together, I’ll toss in a bottle of Prosecco to sip while I’m pinning. Items will be ready in 24-48 hours. $200 plus regular prices, above.

How It Works:
You come to my home, it is off the F and G lines in South Park Slope, Brooklyn. Feel free to bring a friend (no pets, please). After I’ve pinned it your garment and you leave, I will begin my work. You may pick up the final finished item 24 hours later. I encourage you to try the hemmed item on before you leave.
I hand-hem most fabrics except for denim, leather or suede, chiffon/tulle/sheer silk, items that are lined, and stretchy attire like athleisure. (All linings, denim, etc., can be cut with pinking shears for $20.)
I have a cat. I do my best to keep her from my sewing. If you see a hair or two, apologies.
Always have your own lint brush.
